Safeguarding can feel like a great deal to carry, especially in a small community with limited time and many responsibilities. Whether you need focused preparation for an audit, a steady independent lead alongside you, or one well-defined piece of work, you will know the fee before we begin and exactly what you will receive. Everything is framed to your standards, the CSSA National Safeguarding Standards for religious life, or Ofsted and Keeping Children Safe in Education for education settings.

The 12-week Audit Sprint
Twelve focused weeks that take you from audit or inspection anxiety to calm, evidenced control. Every week is mapped to clear milestones, so your trustees or governors can see exactly what is being built and when.

Weeks 1 to 3Mobilise and baselineScoping, a baseline self-assessment, your records framework, and an agreed reporting rhythm.
Weeks 4 to 6Evidence buildPriority policy gaps closed, your evidence library assembled, and vetting and training records verified.
Weeks 7 to 9Gap closureRAG-rated actions resolved, risk register and development plan finalised, and governance evidence confirmed.
Weeks 10 to 12Final readinessAn evidence walkthrough, a dry run, and a briefing for leaders and members.

Monthly progress updates and a highlights report for your trustees or governors.
The Assured Audit Pack and Assured Evidence Pack, tailored to your setting.
After an audit, the same twelve weeks turn your recommendations into an owned, evidenced action plan and see the first actions through.
All inclusive: one fixed weekly fee, with no hourly charges for work within the agreed sprint scope.
A steady, independent safeguarding lead alongside your Provincial, Council, trustees, or leadership team, so safeguarding stays lived, current, and audit-ready all year round.

Independent oversight and advice for your leadership and safeguarding lead.
Monthly highlights reporting and a one-page trustee dashboard.
Attendance at governance meetings, and an advice line when you need it.
Full access to the Safeguarding Assured toolkits, policies, and templates.
£30 an hourFor additional work outside the retainer, such as records, evidence preparation, or case documentation. Billed only for time used, and reported to you each month.

One safeguarding policy reviewed against the relevant standards and current statutory guidance. You receive tracked changes, a one-page RAG-rated summary, and one round of amendments.
Ideal when a single policy is due for review, or you are unsure it still reflects current guidance.
Your Central Register or single central record reviewed for DBS currency, Update Service use, and training dates. A short report and a clear action list to bring it fully up to date.
Ideal before an audit or inspection, or after a change of safeguarding lead.
A scope agreed in writing before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
